Kostas Karabinis
Founder, SYNERSEA P.C.
Kostas Karabinis is the Founder of SYNERSEA P.C., a newly established boutique agency delivering newbuilding and aftersales services, project management, and equipment solutions across the marine industry.
With more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in sales and business development — spanning metals, coatings, industrial gases, materials, shipbuilding, and marine equipment — Kostas brings wide international exposure and proven leadership in building and managing commercial operations across multiple sectors.
Prior to founding SYNERSEA, Kostas served as Regional Sales Director at MarFlex, covering Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, UK, Ireland and Denmark. Before that, he held the role of Country Manager for South East Europe at DESMI for over 5 years, and has worked with globally recognized industry leaders including Linde, Wärtsilä and Samsung Heavy Industries.
Kostas holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Foundation Diploma in Tanker Chartering from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
